Vets Away uses your personal information and personal information regarding your pet’s health to administer any products and veterinary services that you have agreed to. Your information will be used to administer veterinary services, send patient reminders, request feedback, confirm product purchases, and dispense relevant news and veterinary developments. Applicants for employment, training, work experience or student placements provide us with details of their education, previous employment history. This is required so that we can assess the working capacity of the employee or assessment for training and education purposes. We may also request references from external sources such as previous employers, universities or personal references.

4. Who do we share your information with?

We may need to share your information with insurance companies, loss assessors, contractors or for the purposes of national security, taxation and criminal investigations. We may need to share your information with companies or individuals who provide services on our behalf e.g. veterinary services, processing, mailing or delivering orders, sending mail and e-mails, when using auditors/advisors or processing credit/debit card payments.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy statements. When you leave our website, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.

Interactions made through any social media platforms that our website or its participants interact with are subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policy of those social media platforms. We will never request sensitive information through social media platforms and encourage owners to communicate with us through telephone or email.
